Store Policies

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Custom-made items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Returns are valid within 14 days of the order being delivered, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if 14 days have gone by since you received the product.

The item(s) must be in its (their) original, unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged (physical & strong odor damage, such as, but not limited to, cigarette smoke, strong body odor or perfume) condition with tags still attached. Valid returns can only be issued as a store credit for the purchase of similar or other product(s) from our store.

Returns from customers with irregular or excessive returns history, or involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or potential fraudulent or criminal activity will be rejected. If any product other than the purchased product is sent to us, it will automatically be rejected. Unapproved or unauthorized returns are subject to 50% restocking fee.

In case of any damage or error in product description, we will cover full return shipping cost for you to ship the product back to us in exchange for same product or store credit for future purchases. If you decide to keep the product, we will refund you an agreed amount  which will be refunded as store credit for future purchases.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/text message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping
Except in the case of error from us, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. To return your product, please contact us to let us know the problem. Once we approve your return, you should mail your product to: Franco Klothing, 19 Sutton St, Lynn, Massachusetts, 01902, USA and send us the tracking information.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless you have a valid tracking detail to back it up.
